Semi-Private Strength Training

4-Week, 8 Session semi-private course with Coach Anthony Preischel

Anthony recently sold CrossFit Hell’s Kitchen, the affiliate he founded in 2010 and where he taught about 15,000 classes. He will be teaching a limited number of semi-private courses at CrossFit NYC.

Anthony’s initial course will concentrate on strength and nothing but strength. This will not be a course for novelty, variety, or cardio. It will be a course for getting stronger.

Current members who want to focus primarily on this course will have the option of putting their current membership on a complementary hold and doing supplemental work on Saturdays during Open Gym.
