At our Flatiron location, our three senior coaches Brian DeGennaro (evenings), Ben Koertz (mornings), and Jim McDade (mornings and evenings) have each taught over 10,000 CrossFit classes. You will not find better CrossFit coaches anywhere.

CrossFit NYC Flatiron Facility

Our Flatiron “box” is over 7,000 square feet of clean open space. Three sides are fully windowed. We have full locker rooms, showers, and towels.
