Midday and Weekends includes:

  • Any weekday class that starts at or after 8:30 AM and at or before 4:30 PM
  • Any weekend class

Your Fundamentals Classes

When you join CrossFitNYC you will start with our Fundamentals classes.

The Fundamentals classes are a carefully constructed introduction to all of the major CrossFit movements.

This includes the squat, the deadlift, the pushup, the pullup, kettlebell exercises, bodyweight movements, and a basic introduction to the Olympic lifts.

Our goal is to set you on the path to success, and give you a solid foundation in movements you might not know.

And you’ll have the chance to fix movements you may have not even know you could improve.
