Our Free Trial Week is the best way to get a real sense of what CrossFit is . Each class during your free week includes careful instruction on basic movements, a short CrossFit workout based on those movements, and a further explanation of how we think about fitness.
Our goal with these classes is to give you a taste of CrossFit, so you can see why so many people around the world are hooked.
In addition you will start building your skill in many of the fundamental movements and exercises that are used regularly in CrossFit workouts.
We provide classes for the Free Trial Week at both our Flatiron (50 W. 28th St. at Broadway) and Upper West Side (157 Columbus at 67th St.) locations.

Yes, we have locker rooms with showers and free towels so you can shower before work!
Free Trial Week classes are suitable for all fitness levels. We’ve designed these classes to allow anyone to jump right in, regardless of fitness background or experience.
NOTE. The free week at CrossFit NYC is an offer only for people who are new to CrossFit and includes only CrossFit Fundamentals classes.
