CrossFit NYC (Flatiron) is the oldest CrossFit affiliate in the world (2005). We are first and foremost a teaching / coaching facility.

We have supervised more CrossFit workouts than anyone, period. Our classes include scaling and substitution options that allow beginners as well as those who are older, less advanced, or recovering from injuries to proceed safely.

Our instructors are hired and retained based on their coaching skills, not on their ability to look good, pick music, and cheer. Our members typically leave class saying that they learned something that day.

We offer CrossFit, Hyrox, Strength, and Olympic Lifting classes, because one size does not fit all, and we offer private training.
