12/15-16/18 – How To: Kip (UWS & 28th Street)

Looking to improve your kipping swing so you can master toes-to-bar and kipping pull-ups? Coach Steph and Coach Buchanan will work with you to get you there!

We will be conducting a workshop for beginners on the fundamentals of the kipping swing at both UWS and 28th street gyms. We will cover proper technique, body positions and drills to achieve a strong and controlled kipping swing.

No experience is required to attend, but please bring something small to hold between your feet (a hand towel or a t-shirt), well rested hands and your enthusiasm!

Saturday 12/15 at UWS (for UWS members)
First Session at 11 AM
Second Session at 12 PM

Note: Reservations Open 12/8/18 at 11 and 12 PM respectively for the UWS sessions.

Sunday 12/16 at 28th Street (for 28th street members)
First Session at 9 AM
Second Session at 10 AM

Note: Reservations Open 12/9/18 at 9 and 10 AM respectively for the 28th street sessions.
