Coach Sara and Mentee Alex will host a How To: Double Unders seminar on Sunday, July 15th at 11:30 am at 28th St.
There are no pre-requisites, you don’t even have to own your own rope. If you have a few double unders, but struggle to perform them consistently in a WOD, you will learn to string them more efficiently. If you don’t have any double unders, you will be taught how to break down the skill, so you can work toward getting your first first reps.
