The Nutrition 101 seminar is back by popular demand! This seminar is intended for any members who wants to learn more about the basics of nutrition. For those of you who missed it last time, make sure you sign up ASAP as spots fill up fast. There are no pre-requisites for this class.
Nutrition 101 is all about the basics of healthy eating.
Expect to learn about:
– Balanced meals (macronutrients) and how to manipulate these macros based on training vs. resting days.
– Nutrient density (micronutrients) and why it’s important to eliminate processed foods and focus on whole foods.
– What an anti-inflammatory (Paleo style) diet looks like, and why it is beneficial.

She has been coaching CrossFit since 2012 and is a certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
