Coach Erica will again be hosting a Nutrition 101 Seminar at our flatiron location on March 3rd at 7:30PM to help you create some guidelines for yourself and understand how to fuel yourself for exercise, health, and life. Other topics to be covered will be evaluating food sensitivities and deciphering nutrition labels.
Finally, our friends at Kombrewcha will be provided Kombucha with a kick for all participants!
