Starting Sunday February 5, we will be adding a new 11:00 AM Functional Strength class with Coach Jose at the UWS location.
The class on Sunday will be a repeat of the Wednesday 28th Street workout. This means Sunday’s Open Gym class will move one hour later (to 12:30 PM – 2 PM) to accommodate the new class.
Functional Strength programming will focus on getting you as strong as possible. This class is designed for any member who wants to learn new movements and work on attacking their weaknesses through strength specific programming and Strongman style accessory work.
All levels of CrossFit experience (Beginner, Experienced, Competition) are welcome to attend this supplemental class. We recommend replacing one of your weekly workouts with this class, instead of doubling up with another WOD.
