1/2/15 Whole30 Nutrition Challenge

This is our first ever Whole30 Nutrition Challenge, and we hope you will join us. For those of you that
are not familiar with the Whole30, technically speaking it is an entire nutritional and habitual 30 day
reset. But secretly, it’s a life changer. Really and truly.

“It will change the way you think about food, it will change your tastes, it will change your habits and your cravings. It could, quite possibly, change the emotional relationship you have with food, and with your body. It has the potential to change the way you eat for the rest of your life.

The physical benefits of the Whole30 are profound. More than 95% of participants lose weight and
improve their body composition, without counting or restricting calories.
In addition, the Whole30 is
designed to reduce inflammation and strengthen the immune system, leading to speedier recovery from

Here’s how to start:
1)Sign up for the Whole30 seminar on Dec 13th. We are hosting these seminars to help all of the Challengers prepare. Take advantage of this resource! There are only a few seats left in the 3pm. The first 2 seminars are sold out.
2)Consult with your doctor.
3)Sign up here: Whole30 Nutrition Challenge There is a $10 fee. This fee will offset the cost of the prizes on prizes on prizes that we will be giving out. Also, we think a small financial investment helps make it real. The deadline to register is Sat. December 27th. This will give us time to get everyone in the Facebook group, get prepped with your groceries, and take your pics and measurements. In other words it will give you time to get your head in the game. I’ll send out the participant emails daily to any new registrants.

5)Accept the Facebook invite to our private Whole30 Challenge group

Once you register you will receive an email* with all of the rules and info that we need for you to get
started, such as before pics, measurements, and weight. Remember, all of this private info is going directly to Stacey,
and without explicit permission, no-one else will see your pics or numbers so please don’t feel too nervous about that. Also, if you prefer not to share your weight, pics, or measurements with us, that is 100% ok. You do NOT need to submit any pics or numbers in order to particpate in the challenge, only to be eligible for certain prizes. Its entirely your choice. I do however, encourage you to still take them, and keep them for your records, you will want to see all that work pay off. *Make sure that you have not “unsubscribed” from receiving emails from
CFNYC in the past.

Not sure you have a lot of weight to lose, or improvement to make in your performance? Worried that
will make it impossible for you to win a prize? No worries! The benefit of feeling great will be prize
enough…..Just KIDDING!
There will be all sorts of ways to win. Such as: Most improved benchmark
WOD. Most improved body weight. Most improved body composition. Most medically improved (ie
reduction in asthma, chronic pain, diabetes, anxiety, eczema, tendinitis, etc.) Best documentation of the process (up to interpretation.) Most active (meet-ups and social media). Most supportive and overall in-it-to win-it attitude.
