All-levels WOD/Beginner WOD:
Partner death by clean and jerk 135/95 (The first partner performs one rep in the first minute, the second partner performs two reps in the second, the first partner performs three reps in the third, the second partner performs four reps in the fourth minute and so on until either partner is unable to complete the required number of reps in the given minute.)

Competition Team WOD:
Part A. 8 minute EMOM: 5 reps Power Snatch TNG
Part B. 5×1 k rows, rest 4 minutes

CFE WOD:
5k time trial!!
Run to the track, complete 9 laps, run back to the gym
