You can take a Free Intro Class (currently most Saturday mornings at either of our locations). An Intro class is a chance to decide whether CrossFit NYC is right for you. You don’t need to “get in shape” to attend an intro class or our Fundamentals course, as we’ve scaled them to be friendly and accessible for any fitness level. You can feel free skip the intro class and to head straight to our Fundamentals course, if you like.
You can register for a Free Intro class here, then simply show up. We have lockers, showers and towel service at our Flatiron and Upper West Side locations.
The next step (or the first step, if you’d like to skip the Intro class) is to sign up for our Fundamentals Course.
Fundamentals consists of four classes A, B, C, and D, to be taken in that order. All our new members take Fundamentals (over 10,000 people to date).

You can take Fundamentals classes at either one or both of our locations. You just need to complete the classes in order. We have a very convenient schedule that you can find here.
The cost of Fundamentals is $99, but if you complete the four classes in two weeks or less, we will credit you $50 towards an already discounted first-month unrestricted membership ($169, but $119 if you earn the discount). Our typical Fundamentals class has 4 to 6 people, with an absolute maximum of 10.
As soon as you sign up for Fundamentals, you will get an email asking you when you would like to schedule Class A (you cannot schedule yourself for Fundamentals classes.)
After Fundamentals (discounted first month membership = $169 or $119)
After Fundamentals, you will be eligible for first-month unrestricted membership at either one of our locations ($5 drop-in fee for classes at the second location applies after Fundaments).
The first month is $169 (or $119 if you competed the four Fundamentals classes in two weeks or less). There is no further obligation, but new members are offered additional one-time discounts on a second month or an optional longer-term membership. You should know that we have a special track of Beginner classes for new members who are in their first year of CrossFit that includes nearly 200 classes per week.
