The best way to get a real sense of CrossFit is to stop by and take one of our free intro classes. Each includes some careful instruction on basic movements, a short CrossFit workout based on those movements, and a further explanation of how we think about fitness and the world. Our goal with this class is to give you a taste of what CrossFit is, so you can see why so many people around the world are hooked.
We hold intro classes at both our Flatiron (50 W. 28th St. at Broadway) and Upper West Side (157 Columbus at 67th St.) locations, multiple times per week. We highly recommend that you sign up online using the list below, but walk-ins are always welcome; just try to arrive 10 minutes early, to fill out paperwork.
Free intro classes are suitable for all fitness levels. We know that trying a new workout class or gym can be intimidating, so we’ve built our intro classes to allow anyone to jump right in, regardless of fitness background and experience.
