In 30 minutes, teams of 3 complete for max reps:
Max Calorie Row
and
AMRAP of:
20 American Kettlebell Swings (Rx+ 10/Arm Kettlebell Snatch (24/16)
20/arm Single Arm Kettlebell Thrusters (24/16)
20 Sit Ups (Rx+ Toes To Bar or V-Ups)

One person is rowing at all times. The other teammates are chipping away at the AMRAP with one person working at a time partitioning reps as desired (so one rower, and one kettlebell per team). Every time a round is completed one from the pair will switch with the person who is rowing.
