    A. Power Clean + Squat Jerk: 5x(1+2)––115, 115, 135, 135, 145
    B. Clean + Jerk: 5x(1+2) 75-85%––205, 205, 205, 215, 215
    C. Back Squat – tempo 3331: 5×3 80-85%––275, subsequently learned % is supposed to be off clean NOT bs 1RM, 225, 225, 225, 225.

    5×2 power clean + squat jerk – 63-73-83-93-103 – loved. Awkward and rewards you just diving in, consequences be damned.
    5×1+2 clean and split jerk – 153, 158, 163, 168, 173. Not the best, not the worst.
    5×3 tempo backsquats – 203 (85%), then realized this wouldn’t happen again, 193 (80%) for the rest. Really struggled, needed extra rest at the top to make the third rep. Exceptionally sore from Tuesday, felt close to failure on all these.

    Functional Strength
    Axle Deads 5×5 at 315ln (about 68% of 465 from 10/4/17, tried doing 395/85% for 5 and could only do 3 so I scaled down… talked to Erica and she said last week everyone scaled percentages because 85% ended up being too heavy… prob should’ve done a weight in between both)
    50 barbell glute bridges – UB w 2sec pause on top
