12/9/17 – Beginner Muscle-Up Seminar

A skills session for beginners.

We all know that technique is the key to your first muscle-up. This seminar will introduce you to drills and progressions you can use to move toward completing this skill. It will also help you gain comfort on the rings, enabling you to approach the movement with confidence.

If you’ve never done a muscle-up before, but have been doing crossfit for at least 6 months, this seminar is for you (ladies, don’t be shy)!

To ensure each athlete receives meaningful coaching, the class size is capped at 12. The seminar will run from 9-10 am – please have adequately warmed up your shoulders for kipping before class begins. Contact Coach Lauren (saxton.lauren@gmail.com) with any questions.

    ugh…I’m so bummed! I had been waiting for something like this to come along but I didn’t know it was coming/ didn’t see it on the schedule until 6 days before by which time the class was full and the wait list was full. By the time I did get myself put onto the waitlist I was position 10 on the waitlist : ( Please have something like this again … and maybe often. There are so many people who would love to work towards getting a muscle up as is obvious by the waitlist on this.
