    Thursday am – didn’t have the space to make last night’s functional happen. Did a version of Saturday’s wod since I’ll be gone.
    WU: done
    A: 5×3 hang squat clean 148-153-158-163-168. Can go a bit heavier next time
    B: buy in: 20 ass bike cals, then 5 rounds 6 butterfly C2B, 7 box jumps at 24 inches, 5 SHSPU’s. Butterflies were all over at first, got better as I went. SHSPUs UB, which was a nice surprise, 20 cal ass bike buy-out. 10:08.
