The Nutrition 101 seminar is back! This seminar is intended for new and old members who want to learn the basics of nutrition. For those of you who missed it in June, make sure you sign up ASAP as spots fill up fast.
This seminar will explore the basic foundations of sound nutrition. Primarily, we will cover what to eat, how much to eat, and meal timing based on our goals in and out of the gym. We’ll go over what macro and micro nutrients are and learn about the differences in their structure and function. We will then discuss how to build balanced meals by arranging these nutrients based on our goals and lifestyle. Finally, we’ll talk inflammation and use our newfound knowledge of nutrition basics to learn how to control and reduce it.
