    Event 1
    As a Team of 2, 4 Rounds for Total Squat Cleans:
    In 3 Minutes —
    – 3 Rope Climbs, 10′
    – 20 Calorie Row
    – AMRAP Squat Cleans (95,115,135,145)
    Rest 1 Minute
    Tried different configurations (me doing all rope climbs/aaron all rows, splitting row climbs and rows), on average we got around 20 cleans per weight.

    For Time:
    100m Sandbag Carry, Partner #1
    100m Sandbag Carry, Partner #2
    Tried different combinations (front carry vs shoulder carry and drop and pick up vs pass the sandbag to relay) with 120lb Sandbag. Around :35-:40s per partner…
