    5:30am w/Mead:
    A. Snatch balance worked up to 103, failed 113#
    B. Rx – this was 86% instead of 75% for the snatches. Failed 4 snatches total, 2 were the very first ones. Made up the reps I failed. Finished with 1:30-1 min left each round.

    Dropped in to cf dragonfire. Skipped the balances, just did them Wednesday.
    Part B: row at 1:48-1:50, snatches at 113# TNG. One fail on the third in the third round.
    Assault Bike: 96 total cals. Got the rpm up to 90 a few times, but I regretted that by the end. Last 5 were around 85 rpm.

    A. In 8 minutes, work up to a heavy Snatch Balance: 73-123
    B. Every 4 minutes, for 7 rounds:
    300/250 m Row
    3 Snatches (93#)
    Finished around the 2 min mark each round
    C. 10 rounds of:
    15 second Assault Bike Sprint
    45 second Slow/Recovery
    ~70 RPM during the sprints, 62 cals total

    A. In 8 minutes, work up to a heavy Snatch Balance: 95-175lb did power snatch balance because my knee is icky and I’m not squatting for a bit

    B. Every 4 minutes, for 7 rounds:
    300m Row
    3 Power Snatches (155lb)
    1:04-1:09 for row and a snatch every 15-20 sec.
    felt pretty good, maybe should’ve gone a bit heavier

    C. 10 rounds of:
    15 second Assault Bike Sprint
    45 second Slow/Recovery
    90+/-4 RPM and did 114 cal total

    Extra: 5 min EMOM 3 ub bar muscle ups… working on stringing them together.

    A. Snatch balance – 83-103-123-143. Think this is a PR. Rushed bc class didn’t do SB due to time constraints. Tried 153 after class, but couldn’t get under.
    B. WOD @ 100.5. Finished rounds in 1:33-1:44. Failed one snatch.
    C. 65 cal total. ~70 RPM for sprint.
