Listen, if you could do a better freestanding handstand you’d have a better shot at getting to the CrossFit Games. The good news is Coach Ben F. is hosting a workshop to improve your inversion game!
In this workshop you will learn the proper wrist, elbow, shoulder, and hip position for a freestanding handstand.
