Now that we have offered Nutrition 101 several times over the past year we are ready to offer Nutrition 201, a practical approach to health.
First, we’ll cover some of the facts of health and nutrition that were the heart of our previous seminars. Then, we’ll shift our focus to how to implement healthy guidelines to suit our unique goals, resources, and busy NYC lifestyles.
Topics to be covered will range from macros and food sensitivities to gathering data from your cravings and how to understand them. From there, we’ll discuss meal prep based on your goals and training.
Finally, we’ll talk about navigating menus and making the best decisions while eating in or out because if we’re being real… Seamless is no Kettlebell Kitchen.
