Please note that tomorrow & Sunday, April 22 & 23, CFNYC will be hosting a CrossFit Level 1 Certification seminar, which will take place on the 3rd Floor of our Flatiron location.

During this time, the 3rd floor will be completely off-limits to both members and staff for the entirety of the day.

If you have anything in your 3rd-Floor locker that you’ll need this weekend, please be sure to retrieve them by Friday night, 8pm, latest. There will be absolutely no access to the 3rd floor for the whole weekend, no exceptions.
