Coaches Bobby and Erica will be hosting a Nutrition 101 Seminar at both box locations on December 17th to help you create some guidelines for yourself and understand how to fuel yourself for exercise, health, and life. Other topics to be covered will be evaluating food sensitivities and deciphering nutrition labels..
All seminars will be on December 17th. Registration will open on December 10th.

Coach Erica received a BS in exercise science and health promotion from Central Connecticut State University and is a Certified Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
Coach Bobby received a masters degree in exercise science and nutrition from Queens College as well as a BS in biology.
