CFNYC at the First Annual Hampton RX Games

This Saturday, August 16th, a small group of competitors from CFNYC traveled out to Southampton, NY to compete at the Hampton RX Games.  Kaylin, Keith, Luis and Patty represented CFNYC in the RX Team Division, while Coach Josh competed in the RX Individual Division.

The results aren’t posted from the event because of a computer scoring malfunction, however the Team scores look strong enough for a top ten finish.  Another top ten finish for Coach Josh given his placements on each WOD!  A BIG congratulations to everyone who competed!  This group got through some tough WODS – all day out in the sun on a field that was mushy and covered with divots – which makes a heavy clean and jerk fairly difficult.

Here were the Individual and Team* WODs, the first WOD was very reminiscent of everyone’s favorite Open WOD from last year: 14.5!

WOD 1
