    Downloaded and enjoying already. I can really identify with what you write and will recommend to others. But disappointed that there is no chapter on the psychological profile of crossfitters based on a sophisticated set of daily survey questions. Next book?

    I just downloaded the book and look forward to reading it. I’m hoping there are immersive chapters on dealing with monkey butt, preventing plank-up arm burns and how keep from fainting when holding my breath on deadlifts. Or just some really good other stuff about Crossfit! 🙂
