If you’d like to join us, we’d appreciate your making a donation to Kirk’s family. His friends, many of whom first met him at CFNYC morning classes years ago, have set up an Indiegogo fundraiser to raise money for his children. The money will fund a family trip to Disney, a much-needed joyful celebration after an enormous loss. The remaining monies will create an education fund for university.
We bonded with Kirk over many tough WODs. Now we will band together in his memory. This workout was picked by Kirk. The workout is one of the tough ones he did preparing for his swim. It was Kirk’s wish that we remember him this way. See everybody on Saturday!
