  • We have a slew of New Years resolutions at CFNYC, but here’s one: revive the blog.

In the past, our blog comments have been a vibrant conversation – whether discussing the WOD, talking nutrition or gear, or letting us know (often pretty vocally) what we could be doing better.

We’ll be doing our best to get the conversation started again this year. Join in!

Happy to hear it. I love when the blog comments are active.

I’ll second Josh’s comments wholeheartedly. As blogger for CFNYC for the past several years, I miss the old days when our comments section used to be livelier. Please know that you don’t need to be an experienced crossfitter to be welcome here in the blog comments. And if you ever want to give me feedback on the blog (or share a link you think is blog-worthy), email me at allison AT crossfitnyc DOT com. Thanks!

As someone who traditionally attends classes at night, I love reading member’s thoughts on their experience with the WOD. Unfortunately going at night doesn’t makes posting my own thoughts practical. Thanks to everyone for their posts (eg Brad Hoover, Andy, Reis Baron)
