Here’s what’s on tap for Monday’s classes:

All-levels WOD/Beginner WOD:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
9 Deadlifts (155lbs / 100 lbs
12 Push-ups
15 Box jumps (24″ / 20”)

Competition Team WOD:
Part A. Clean Pull+Hang Squat Clean – Work up to a tough set in 15 minutes.
Part B. 6 sets (every 75 seconds) – 6 TNG cleans (135/95#), 25 double unders

    C&J with a partner perform 1 rep every other minute for 24min (12 reps each). 1 @ 95, 2 @ 115, 3 @ 125, 6 @ 135. Decided to stay at 135 and nail down form.

    11am was a big class! Shout out to Sean for managing the group so well it felt like a normal class. I saw a lot of PRs today (including 20lbs for this guy.) it was a PR-unday-Funday.
