Here’s what’s on tap for Thursday’s classes:

All-levels WOD/Beginner WOD:
“Lynne-ish”
Bodyweight floor press (e.g., same amount on bar as you weigh)
pullups
5 rounds for max reps. There is NO time component to this WOD

Competition Team WOD:
Teams of two complete the following, AMRAP 15 minutes:
5 snatches (115/83#), 10 wall balls (20/14#)
One person works, while the other rests.

    Is there any way we can get the Xmas WOD pre populated on BTWB? BTWB says that I need more longer WODs, so I’d love to get credit for 38:17 of Xmas fun.

      We’re working on it. The 12 Days WODs used to be built using the BTWB legacy builder, but this is no longer an option and there’s no direct way to add WODs like this without making it a 78-movement chipper. You should see it up by this afternoon.
