Here’s what’s on tap for Monday’s classes:

All-levels WOD/Beginner WOD:
A. Back squat 3-3-2-2-1-1-1
B. 21-15-9-15-21: kb swings 24/16, sit ups

Competition Team WOD:
Part A. 5-7 sets: 2 Behind the neck snatch push press+OHS
Part B. 16 minute EMOM: 3-4 TNG tough deadlifts (odd), 10 burpees (even)
into 5 minute AMRAP: 30 unbroken double unders

    29:30 (5 deadlifts at 250 and the rest at 155, about 70 double unders with 130 single unders mixed in between). The high part of this workout was the first 15 seconds when I completed 10 consecutive HSPUs with 1 abmat. My previous best was 5. The low part was the remaining 29:15, which I’ll partly attribute to last night’s festivities.

    I’m chasing you, Brad. 10 straight HSPU’s with three ab mats. But I think I could drop to two or even one. The hardest part of this for me is getting upside down, believe it or not. Sheesh.
