    • Brad Hoover

What no repeat from last week’s “religious experience”?

      • BenS

if i can get to 265 the next time these come up, i have no doubt it will be religious

  • AndyK

    A: 205, 215, 225 (up from last time 3×205)
B: 7:20 Rx, total grip monster WOD. That 8-min time cap was tight!

  • Amber Rodriguez

A: 113-123-133 (last five reps on that last set was humbling)
    B: 10:05 Rx.

And, you guys. It finally happened… My first unassisted chin-up. Still not sure if that really happened. But I think it did. Holy grass-fed cow. o__O

  • Jim S

    A: 175,185,190
B: Only 190 reps Rx. at the 8min time cap. Lost my double unders tonight. it was a slog to get that far. Probably from all those squats.
