Rest precisely three minutes between each round. 5 rounds, time each round

    This WOD is going to be tough. I dunno if I can do five 400m runs.

      Just remember that the sub for running fast is running slow and/or walking.

    leg feeling a little bit better. subbed rowing 400 m for the run. 15 PUs and 15 ring dips. 30:12. PUs were brutal after rowing basically using only the arms.
