All-levels WOD/Beginner WOD:
A. Split jerk 1-1-1-1-1
B. 50 pull ups for time (perform 20 lunges every time you come off the bar)

Competition Team WOD:
Part A. 5×3 Deadlifts
Part B. 4-6 rounds: 250 m row/ME TTB Rest 90 s between sets

    Am I the only one who’s having issues looking at the blog? Sometimes when I come to crossfitnyc.com, I get served a workout (blog post) from the past and can’t access the current day’s workout. If anyone knows how why this is happening for me, I’d love some help.

      Seems to be that http://www.crossfitnyc.com is updated and crossfitnyc.com is an old version?? That’s what I’ve deduced over the past week…
