Black Box WOD/Beginner WOD:
A. Hang squat clean: Work up to a heavy single
B. Alternating rounds with a partner: 20 minute AMRAP- 10 power clean 135/95, 15 no push up burpees over the bar

Competition Team WOD:
TEST: “Fight Gone Bad”

    A. 123×3, 133×2, 143×1, 153×1.. Got cut off by time because I was slow.. Last lift felt easy. Far away from pr territory but it was fun.
    B. Fell short of 5 rounds by 2 burpees @ 93lbs. Great partner & great workout!
    Fun class!

    This was a good one. Did it solo. 6 full rounds + 5 bonus bar over burpees because I hate myself.
