Sprint the Pyramid!  Can you run the same times back down?  1X100m, 1X200m, 1X400m.  Then repeat and race from 400m back down to 100m. Full recovery in between each sprint.

    Diane- 7:26 w/ 175# deadlifts, hspu something like 7/7/7,8/7,4/3/2.

    40 pounds heavier than 7 months ago, but :45 slower.

    Diane: 8:30 155# and abmat + 10# bumper. 2 seconds slower than old PR but that was with 3 abmats so I consider this a win.

    Diane 10:39. 165lb deadlifts.
    21 HSPU with 35lb bumper and abmat, 15 with another 10 on top, and then 9 strict pushups. First time I’ve done HSPU in 12 weeks. Might not have been a good idea.

  • A little feedback on the morning schedules. We went from 6:45 black box, 7am black box and 7am beginner to 6:45 black, 6:50 all level and 7am beginner. It would be great to get another black box at 7 or 7:15am.

    So, same number of classes but – earlier and less “black.” Anyone else interested in another black – but 7 or 7:!5?

    Diane 5:47 with 83# deadlifts, first 17 HSPUs with 1 abmat, then 4 push ups, remainder pike off a box.
