Here’s what’s on tap for Friday’s classes:

Black Box WOD/Beginner WOD:
“Fight Gone Bad!”
Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20#/14# ball, 10′/9′ target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75#/55# (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 75#/55# (Reps)
Row (Calories)
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

    EVERYONE: As always, to get into a class you must reserve &/or sign in. In order for FGB to go smoothly for everyone, we must strictly cap classes (not that this differs from a regular day, we simply must be more sheriff-y tomorrow for everyone’s enjoyment.) Get some sleep tonight!

    Goals accomplished in Jason’s class:
    Prs on my clean, snatch, front squat, and Fran time (rx).

    High bar is starting to feel solid…approaching low bar numbers. Feels good.

    B: brutal
