Black Box WOD/Beginner WOD:
A. Take 15 minutes to establish a 3RM clean (reset after each rep, but do not rest)

B. On the minute for as long as possible: 3 power cleans + 3 front squats + 3 jerks (Pick a weight you can get 6-9 rounds)

    Just signed up for CMC, Team Dangerous. I wasn’t sure what heat to put, so I put noon. Is that right? Can I change it if it’s wrong? Also, are we meeting somewhere beforehand?

    For some reason Beyond the Whiteboard is not showing the blackbox wods as of Friday. Is Beyond the Whiteboard not posting blackbox wods for anyone else? I went to the CrossfitNYC tab, and it says nothing is assigned. Is that because people are putting it in manually?

      Friday’s WODs were in the system, but under a different date. Fixing this now…
