For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

[Beginners: scale to 30 reps per exercise if needed]

CFE WOD:
6 Rounds: 2 min up tempo/1 min โ€˜offโ€™

      My favorite part is when Brian MacKenzie equates the 17 minute time domain to a 5k. Much like the 135# snatch, a sub-6 pace is still out of reach…

    101, 7:08 tiebreaker… Plus a new Snatch PR. ;D (First time snatching 75#. I’ll take it.)

    29:54… Woke up this morning, jonesing for a sub-30min Filthy Fifty (doing 50reps at each station, subbed DUs for parallette jumps). Isn’t it nice when we get what we want!?
