12-minute AMRAP: 50 squats, 30 pushups, 15 pullups
Thank you to everyone who is registered for “Hope for Kenya”. We’re now at 44 people registered to participate today are are currently holding strong in 8th place worldwide at $3819 raised so far. (If you haven’t signed up yet, it’s not too late to do so.) If you can’t be here today, you can always donate to CFNYC’s efforts here.
And if you DO plan to come in to work out (and do the “Hope for Kenya” WOD), we ask you to consider making a donation: either in cash to the front-desk staff who will be accepting donations, or via the internet with a credit card (front desk staff will have that option set up as well).

Black Box WOD/Beginner WOD:
A1: Reverse lunge 3×8-10/side (no alternating) — weaker side first. A2: Scapular wall slide 3×8.
B: 3 sets: 15 push press (75#/53#) unbroken, 25 no-pushup burpees, 20 lateral jumps, rest 4 minutes in between sets.
