Black Box WOD/Beginner WOD:
A1. Front Squat 3×3; A2. Pullup 3×8-12 (add weight if needed)

B: 3 rounds: 8 front squats @ ~75% of heaviest triple, 1:30 row (hard effort), rest 2 mins – people can pair up (sub double unders or lateral jumps if possible and needed)
