    i lost about an inch off my waist since i joined in February and am much much leaner than ive ever been before in my entire life. Its amazing.

    Way to go Shannon, that’s awesome. I never realized how out of shape I was until I saw that picture and I was a regular gym goer. What scares me is that pic is from June and I started Crossfit in March. What did I look like then?
