    B: C&J at 115, got 2 bar MU then it was attempts + 2x pullup/dip subs. Time: who knows. Mad props to the guy in the back who loaded up the full 185#.

    I feel like I’ve been getting my ass kicked all week. Time for some recovery!

    B: 8:34 with 63# deadlifts (dropped to 53# for the final set) & 25# OHS.
