Beginner WODs: 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM

In addition, please note that there will be NO CFE WODs on Monday, September 3rd.

    Dead lift 410

    Legs have to get stronger, happy with the other 2 lifts

      I’m no coach, but if you’re deadlifting 410 I wouldn’t say leg strength is the likeliest weakness…

        Yeah, i never feel very comfortable in squats. I think it is part technique and part mental. Something I need to be more focused on…
