    A: Not much to say here, other than we subbed TGUs for Side Presses.

    B: 27:53 with a blue band. Compared to full-Barbara almost exactly 2 months ago, which I was 21 squats short with a green band in the 45 minute time limit, I guess I feel pretty good about this?

    A: Side presses are my new favorite! Thanks for the instruction Coach Ryan.
    B: This sucked much more than I thought it would. 23:05/17:05 Rx’d. 3:25 avg I think? I was happy that I got through the pull-ups after some hand tearing/bruising earlier in the week. Wore gloves for the first time. Definitely helped but looking forward to the New Grips.
    C: Rest day manana.
    D: Blown away by some of the Advanced WOD’er times from yesterday.

    25:05: 2:58, 3:27, 4:03, 4:53, 4:19 splits. This was hard. I used a black and blue band. After the first round of RX push-ups I interchanged with push-ups on my knees each round. Agreed with Jeff D. that the Advanced times are ridiculous…
