Beginner WODs at HR:20:

A: Front Squats 3×5

B: As Many Rounds as Possible in 7 Minutes of:
15 Kettlebell Swings (20 Kg/12 Kg)
10 Burpees
5 Difficult Pull-Ups

  • Front Squat 5 rep max: 145

    Back Squat 20 reps: 95
    3 rounds @ 20kg KB + 15 swings & 6 burpees

    Worked up to 135 in front squat, then 20 back squats at 105.

    WOD: 3 rounds + 15 KB swings and 1 burpee

    Used blue band on the first 2 rounds of pullups, which given that I was using black band this time last week would suggest I was taking it too easy… Although I had to switch to green band for last round, they felt good, chest fully to bar…
    My first time squatting with weight rather than just the bar so pretty pleased with the results.
    Getting stronger!
