135/95 lb. Hang Squat Clean x 12 reps
Double-Unders x 12 reps

        Did Kaisu but only 50 thrusters at 115. 18:38. Really hard. Good workout to put into the rotation.

    For those who have felt we are challenged for space at the Black Box, take a ride out to Netcong, NJ, where I worked out this morning at Red Shed Crossfit. My guess is that it used to be either a small pet store or a sandwich shop. With seven people working out at a time it was all I could do to find enough square footage to safely be the only one warming up.  To their credit they made the most of their small space, and everyone was super-nice.

    3-6-9-12-15-18-21 Deadlifts 135# / Pushups on the barbell

    Got through the second round of 18 at the buzzer.  Pushups on the barbell became regular pushups became pushups to the knees pretty quickly. Tough stuff…

    I did “Dae Han” in Qugue at Crossfit Hamptons.

    It took me 48:00 RX’d.  Absolute disaster after doing Hidalgo and Deadlifts yesterday.

        Happy New Year everyone.  Went to the crossfit gym out here on the East End.  They were doing this WOD and I couldn’t say no.  Cleans to Thruster on 1st Round got me.  Rope climbs far and away easiest part of the WOD!
