Tag-Team Fight Gone Bad

In teams of two, complete three rounds of “Fight Gone Bad” One partner works at a time, and partners can switch off at any point.

“Fight Gone Bad” consists of the following:

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20#/14# ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75#/55# (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 75#/55# pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

    I ended up doing 5 rounds, with 20 pull ups and 30 KB swings with 16kg (wanted 20kg, none available).   37:56.  Should have RXed the pull ups since I was using such a light weight KB. 

    Am I imagining things, or did we used to have more 20kg bells?  Did they migrate upstairs?
