    i can’t do burpees @ the moment because of my shoulders.. i think i’ll do eva tomorrow. anyone want to join me?

    A) at 275# for all 5. I was concentrating on pushing the ground away with my heels and keeping my weight back, and on the fourth set I sort of fell backwards on the 5th rep. So the 4th set was a fail.

    B) 10:10 … Brutal.

    did eva with matt & michael but i did not finish :(

    completed 3 rounds + 1 800 m run and 8 kb swings in roughly 42 minutes.

    thanks to sara for making me step up and use 1 pood for the kb swings.

    I was chasing Cindy’s time but fell short. Ah well.

    Tomorrow looks nuts. I took a peak at the brandX scaling options and wasn’t thrilled. I kinda want to do all five rounds and shave the pull ups down to 20 reps (and the weight on the kb, but thats goes w/o saying…). How many folks are doing the full five tomorrow?

      you can do all 5! it’s actually not soooo bad.. i stopped because i’m a P and ripped the skin off one of my callouses & started bleeding. just remember the wod takes time! YOU CAN DO IT!

        Thanks Erica, good to know. 
        My hands are borderline so it looks like we may end up in the same boat.  I think I might just go until I hit 45:00 or start bleeding, whatever comes first.
